Little Neck Village

The existing senior housing complex located in Marion was demolished; and Dellbrook Construction partnered with Turner Brothers for yet another project. The project was divided into two phases spanning one year. We were challenged be a very small site and there were many trades and different buildings in varying stages of completion. Because of some weather set backs we worked overtime and full weekends to make sure that every building was turned over on time. Another successful project!
